ABOUT US
A product of the fusion of Chinese culinary culture and Korean flavors.
The history of Yanbian lamb skewers doesn't have a precise origin, but it has deep roots in the lamb skewer culture of Northwest China (especially Xinjiang) and the barbecue traditions of Central and West Asia. It was introduced to Yanbian through border trade and ethnic exchanges. The unique aspect of Yanbian lamb skewers lies in their continuous absorption and integration of Korean flavors during local preparation, resulting in their distinctive taste and cooking methods.
Hands down the best lamb skewers I’ve ever had. even better than what I’ve had in Korea! Juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. This place is a hidden gem and easily the best lamb skewer spot in all of New Jersey. Can’t wait to come back!

Slice the lamb and marinate it for 30 minutes with onions, salt, chili powder, cumin powder, etc., then skewer it with metal skewers. Grill the skewers over charcoal for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Alternatively, you can use an oven. Place the lamb skewers in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes. Flip them over, sprinkle with cumin seeds and chili powder, and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown and oily.
